A friends worst nightmare

Hi and thank you all in advance for any help and advice you give. I need desperately to find a FA solicitor in the North wales area the county of gwynedd especially. I will write the full story tomorrow but it is an allegation of two counts of rape. First of all I should say that it is not me that is being accused, but myself and my wife's friend. He made the same mistake as many on here, of speaking to the police, writing a statement without a solicitor present. Thinking of just telling the truth. And a nice policeman that dealt with him, only now to find two photos gone from his phone. The two photos were of great importance to this case, he left his bag in the back of a police car while the two hour interview went on. They left the woman's who accused him of rape statement on the table while they went to make him a cup of tea. why do all the cases on this site sound so alike all with the nice police person with the false handshake and the demonic smile like you are there long lost friend (yes I am being sarcastic ) he now knows not to trust them and always get someone to go with you and make sure to get a solicitor before you say one word as for me and my wife we are very very shattered I found this site a few days ago and read and read as much as I can (our heart is with you all may you all be blessed people) I phoned Chris saltrese office they told me of this site but had found it a few days ago as said what nice people kind and gave me there time and class one advice .Please if you can help we would be very grateful many thanks

First sad no replies ,I have tried to post three times but it never shows up ? So this is more of a test ,will rewrite later lots more what is going on but good news got a really good sol for our friend Rizvan att they were good, phoned police got all they wanted and phoned back in less than 35 mins to tell us he is there for him even when he is next due at police stats I live 100 s of miles away so am happy my friend has someone that is on the ball from the start . Sorry I didn't answer before, your primary question seemed to be regarding sols in gwynedd area of which I have no knowledge.

Regarding losing posts, this may be remedied by ticking the remember me box when you sign in, then your session doesn't time out losing the message you have tried to post.

Your friend is very lucky to have your support, his experience is sadly very common on this site and the fact police have deleted photos from his phone is very disturbing, but sadly not suprising.

Hello Sky dog and welcome to the forum.

The nice police officers want to make "defendants" at ease in the station only for them to feel in a cosy environment where you they can share their side of the story without inhibition.

The officers will obviously go back to the accuser with the defendant's version which can then be changed by the accuser in order to get a prosecution and a charge from the CPS...

The most important person as you are aware are the defendant (telling the truth), a specialist solicitor and a good barrister.

In the meantime your friend must remember and write in details as much as possible about this allegation.
Does the accuser have motives?(Revenge, financial profit,...)

Well done for supporting him as he will need people he can trust and talk to.

The best news and hope for others

Well today we went with our friend to the police station and they made us wait 1 hour then came to the window and said NFA as of now he is over the moon and would like to thank you all and from me and my wife you are brill blessed be right now freedom is a word I will not forget to say thank you for every day of our life's it is my friends mantra xxxxxxx
