Update

[Seeking Justice]

Hi everyone

My trial went ahead regardless of the evidence.

The jury have a majority verdict, but we have to wait for it tomorrow.

I am not confident as they did not look at me when they came in to tell us they had a decision.

Their arms were folded and they normally look at me.

Well if it goes well I will be on here tomorrow to let you know.

If not I will be another lamb to the slaughter in this unjust system.

Lord, that's awful to have to wait overnight but hopefully you will have good news tomorrow. It may be that the jury is instructed to remain 'poker faced' until the verdict is read out. Take care.

The jury were sent out to come to a unanimous decision.

1 hour later UNANIMOUS NOT GUILTY!!!!

My barrister told me he was pretty certain the jury were on her side and I was going down. I literally had my heart in my mouth when the verdicts were read out.

I collapsed, started crying and nodded my head and said thank you to each one.

The right decision.

It makes me now believe in the jury system.

They were smiling and nodding their heads at me. We all knew I AM INNOCENT!!!!

It is a wonderful feeling, isn't it! I too had members of the jury beaming at me once the verdict was read out, also in the car park later on. I got a brief thank you to one young fella, his reply was a huge grin and "no worries".
