The jury were sent out to come to a unanimous decision.
1 hour later UNANIMOUS NOT GUILTY!!!!
My barrister told me he was pretty certain the jury were on her side and I was going down. I literally had my heart in my mouth when the verdicts were read out.
I collapsed, started crying and nodded my head and said thank you to each one.
The right decision.
It makes me now believe in the jury system.
They were smiling and nodding their heads at me. We all knew I AM INNOCENT!!!!
Seeking (found) Justice
Hi , what fantastic news .
Our best wishes and enjoy the freedom you fought so hard for ,
Thanks for all the support. This site has been a lifeline to me in the darkest moments.
The trial was the fight of my life and at times i thought i could not carry on.
But with the support and advice from this site i picked myself up looked at them in the eyes and told the truth.
The cps twist things. Dont let them rile you.
My cross examination was nothing to be scared about and. He could not touch me. I looked at the jury with my head up and chest out. Didnt hesitate and confidently told the truth. Did not give further information didnt theorise and stuck to my statement.
