I have a situation were my son is 13 and I haven't had any sexual incounters with the mother of my child since , my son was 1 ,, so my story begins like this , I've been in happy relationship with the mother of my daughter for 10 years , around the end of last year my son mother was going threw a bad divorce , witch mentally was causing her to slip into bad case of depression , so futher more since November I've been trying to do things to try to cheer her up by doing extra things , like trying to keep her confidents up , letting her no she was still beautiful , after 2 kids, your successful, basically trying to help build up her motivation , but in the process me and her started back haveing sex in January 2013 on in off I no what I was doin wrong by cheating on my girl , with my ex baby momma but it happen , but to make a long story short in march she asked me would I leave my girl to come be back in her and my son life I brushed off again she asked in may , then again in the beginning in june , now by this time her mother was thermally ill , and later on that month passed away , so not only she was going threw a bad divorce , butnow her maneback bone & support just died , so of course I told her if she need me ill be their just so happen when it was time for the funeral she told me and 2 other people the wrong dates I missed it from other people who was around was telling me that she was highly upset that wasent their , and so on okay so now it the middle if june my son school promotion came she asked me to be their so i came i met her at her home then we drove to were the promotion was at we sag their for about 2 hours everything was goin fine when it was over the teachers advise the parents to come in get them in a couple hours , so to kill time we go back to her house we started talkin and then she start to get emotional telling me that i was suppose to be their for her , and how i havent been their , so what i did was let her cry on my shoulder i let vent , and i told her we goin to make it threw these diffcult time i started cracking jokes just get her to smile and she did we huged we kiss and one thing lead to onther she gave me oral, then i started giveing her oral i came and she did to by the time we relized what time it was we imideatly got dressed and started heading to get or child but onthe way to my son school she started crying again askn me was i gone leave the women im with to be back with her , and i kindly replied no , im no leaving her and that what me and her been doin wasent even suppose to be at this point , so she got upset , really upset so in the process of picking up my son my mother called her phone saying that she would like to see her grandson in his graduation outfit so we drive to see her once we get their my mother notice something was wrong with her , so she pulled my baby mother to side and ask her whats wrong , my mither said my baby mother started crying , and told my mother that she wants to be back with me and i want leave my current situation , and my said she told her , that she new i was in a relationship when we started messing around , she said she new but she thought i would have left my current situation , so anyway my mom told ask my baby mother if she could get a ride to work because her car was in the shop so my Bm said fine but I'm bout to drop him/me off back at her house then she would take mother to work so , what happen was after she dropped me off back her house , then she dropped my mother off at work , I had fell asleep on her couch when I woke police was kicking my ass and telling me I was been charged with rape , but after the 72 hours was up I talked to my mother , and my mother told me that my Bm told her she was angry at me and thats why she told the police I did that thinking she could just flip the light switch and this **** would be , over but since the state picked it up , and the procuter told her that if she change her story they woild charge her , so now she is sticking to her story I go to trial in sep 2013 I didn't have any money for a lawyer but received a good lawyer who doin probono on my case I talke to him everyday anf his telling me I have 75 percent chance of beating it only if I can get a good jury , now what's good in my behalf is that she had no bruises, no vajinal tearing , and her statements is very watery , the 911 call and her medical statement is also working in my behalf , this situation has be hell , losein sleep , loseing hair from so much stress, I have 3 kids by 3 different women , and never had any issues in the past I don't have any previous record, what to do please anyone lease give me advice , THANKS FOR LETTING ME SHARE MY STORY
