Trial in Northampton resulted in 12 not guilty verdicts from a jury of 11.

The behaviour of the prosecutor was totally abysmal. I am hoping I can help to do something about that so the client can recoup some of his money (he paid privately but as he was committed to Crown after October last year he won't get it all back).

Well done! That's brilliant! The prosecuter behaved apallingly in our trial too. I wonder if it's a trend or perhaps even the same one ... He's a bit further north than that but travels... Good luck with getting some cash back.
