Thankyou all well it day 2 :-) yesterday was full of ups and downs although it was a bit of a farse
Jury sworn in something came up jury dismissed that sorted another gury sworn in something else came up jury dissmissed by the time they were ready to swear jury in again there was only 10 jury instead of 15 so they porsponed it til today ... Although it was an ongoing chat between barristers and judge some good has come out of it today is his ex her mum and a police officer :-( let the games begin again feels very de ja vu :-( ... Hope everyone on here the best in whatever stage your at and thankyou will be on again soon

day 4

Hi everyone sorry i did not let you no yesterday it was a bad day :-( things are delayed again my partner took the stand today his barrister said she thought he did very well on the stand even though he was up for about 5 hour going over and over the same thing :-( it has caused the summing up to be delayed until monday and they were on about possibly calling his ex back to the stand i just wish it was over it was scheduled for 3 days and could poss be tue before we get jurys verdict ... Still a waiting game no matter what ...

Sorry it is still going on but have faith for the right verdict. If they are thinking of recalling someone there surely must be a good element of doubt

Hi all its been a very long ordeal 6 day trial really has taken it out of me but by the end it we have 12 not guiltys :-) next step is building the bond with his kids again unless we have t fight for that aswell :-( x
