my fiancee ex friend is fretting to go to police over a puppy

I need help my fiancees ex male friend wanted a dog of us and we sold it as he was not looking after the dog and I found him kicking the mother dog

My fiancee said he could not have the dog and we all carried on like with are life's we sold the puppy and we get a message from the kid saying get my dog back or I will tell every one that you raped me and make your life hell my boyfriend showd me this and then removed the message from him and said look puppy is sold and you are not getting it backnso stop playing up and grow up we left it as that

Then 2 nights after a get a phone call I ask who it was and the lady said she was the boys mom we talk for about 2 minutes and then she started to screaming down the phone at me calling my boyfriend a pedophile and a sick **** and I could hear the boy lagging in the background so I put the phone down

To make a really long story short the girl was a ex friend of my boyfriend that the boy knows and she gets him drunk and lets him have drugs and the kid said my boyfriend was a pedophile and give her my number to harass me all night next day my boyfriend called the boys real mom and toled her what was going on 2 houes later mom called back saying she is going to stay on her sons side but was not going to call the police unless the boy wanted to call them it bin 3 days not and no police so me and fiancee are moving away from the boy and never going back there but at aney moment the boy could call the police on him and destroy what me and he has

And yes all this over a dag also his mothere was going to put the boy in caer because of his behavior problems and the boy we found out was watching father and son porn and said its because of his ortisum and he cant help it

Also the night he said he was raped I was there and did not sleep till 5 am and my fiancee wasmup at 6 and weaken me up when he when the boy was still in the othere bed fast asleep in the same opisishion he was in when I was awake I have him recorded slagging me off and fretting my friends and me on the phone saved could I take this to police and get him dun for harassment ?

it is of the utmost importance that you keep, back up, and preserve any evidence you have relating to what this person has said texts, messages etc, with regard taking evidence to the Police I would personally seek legal advice first, you say the FA, told you he would say he was raped if he did not get the dog back, was it verbally or text or written, this is very important for your defence, write every thing down now while it is fresh in your mind no matter how insignificant it might seam.

If that was a text message, you should be able to get it back by getting in touch with your server - I think you just need to tell them that you'd like all the messages from the last 2 weeks or however long it's been. It's REALLY important you do this as soon as possible.

As Sparks has said... from now on, keep every, single bit of communication between them and you or your boyfriend, preferably on USB keys safely put away, because you'll need this as evidence should it go any further. I would also try and go onto the boy's FB page to see if he's been posting anything that's relavant , and if he has, that you screen-shot it.

Peadophelia allegations are taken extemely seriously, even if the boy doesn't make a formal complaint if it reaches the wrong ears, there will be an investigation.

The boy in question has blocked me and my boyfriend and it was on facebook when he said get my dog back or I will say you are a pedophile. also his girlfriend bbm my boyfriend asking how he was he said he was depressed and was going to move away from the boy who lives around the corner from us (who has bin following my friends round and walking up and down are path alot more) the boy after his girlfriend toled him that my boyfriend was depressed text him saying wtf are you doing talking to my girlfriend trying to make her feel sorry for you. Also a friend of mine was talking to the boy who called her when she was at my places asking if he could still be friends with her. She ask him when my boyfriend apparently raped him he said it was a week before the dog was sold. She pointed out I was there on Saturday he then said oh sorry it was 2 weeks before my friend then pointed out his girlfriend was there that night he then said no sorry 3 weeks ago before the dog was sold. We just looked at each othere and she said good bye to him. Now my friend was raped as a kid and can tell you the day and time it happend its just somthing you dont forget she turnd around to me and said oj the boy is liying also the boy said it happend so long ago the police would not take him seriously as he cant prove Aneything that happend.

My boyfriend it really turn up about this as this boy was like a brother to him he cries most nights now and heats talking about it

Well the boys mothere is not the best person for her some most nights she would go out drinking and the kid never wanted to go home as his mom would have different men there and last time she had a guy she ended up going out with long-term beat the boy up or so he toled us the boy said he was smoking in the bathroom when the guy slammed him ageist the wall and started to slam his head gents the wall over and over agen as his mothere watch him do it. So when the lad ask if he could stay the night we said yes he had his own bed in the room but always Copland about how he could not sleep he also ues to wet the bed most nights.
