Would your user-name have anything to do with where you are living? If it does www.williambache.co.uk may be able to help should this nonsense go any further. Not only do they do criminal defence they also specialise in family law - you might need that in the not too distant future.
I hope you have coped with moving back in. It must feel very strange. We are all still here for you
Thanks ITJ it was very hard going she cleared out the house nothing left! Cant live there but at least she left some of my books and tools in garage. I feel really upset that she feels the need to stab me so deep. Thanks for your support it helps a lot especially at night when things seem to magnify 100 times.

Thanks rights fighter. Yes i am in North Wiltshire. Salisbury is a bit of trek but looks like William Bache may be worth it. Many thanks for your help.
How awful for you.... you have to wonder what her motivations are - why she has done this...it's so hard for you.....keep strong and asking to visit you ......MH

With alot of help from friends, family and neighbours I have moved back into the family home. I have got my lovely Bulldogs back from a friend that was looking after them. Its not perfect but but its a massive positive step for me, to think that just 3 weeks ago I was trying to end my life. Its a long road ahead (I still have not been charged) but 4 weeks in and thing are looking better.

This is good news; and the more I know about people the better I like dogs

I'll second that!
I'm glad you have some support Wilts and that the initial shock is wearing off a bit. You will still have up and down days but at least those dogs will get you out and about.

That's brilliant and it must be heart-warming to know you've got the support of those around you ... as well as your dogs.
wilts not being nosy but as my son is in a similar situation may I ask if you have any updates on how things progressed? as your post was 2 years ago I hope you are ok. IMO people wouldn't be on here seeking support if they were not innocent.
