Hi guys

I posted a while back that I have been accused of historical rape when I was 16 on a 10 year old.
Which is rubbish...

I am now 30 and my wife has been so supportive..

This was around 6 weeks ago I was arrested and released on bail.

The oic said that he should hear back within 4-6 weeks.

I called last week for an update as I want to know what I'm facing.. The oic said he has not heard back yet.

Any way.. Since then my mum said she got a phone call from the police asking if they could ask her and my sister some questions surrounding this. They both think its rubbish and will tell the truth, which is all I would ask.


My question is, aren't the police supposed to of done this before going to the cps?

Do they already know if they are going to charge me and are just collecting evidence?? I'm getting paranoid about this..

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Lastly anyone know of any good historical abuse lawyers in Bournemouth dorset area?
