I will take a look at these sites and also point the MP in this direction. He is on my FB - we attended the same primary and grammar school by co-incidence and he is an honest man. He is often raising points in the commons(frequently on TV)... so I will see if he will raise this one.

Please sign both petitions although the most important one is the Government one by Rachael Bentley. We need another 12K or so to make the 100K we need to get it debated in Parliament.

This is a massive nationwide campaign. There have been demos and marches but they've not been on the news as the Government don't want the public to know what is really going on.

      Thanks

Ok, thank you, will do. I have also messaged my MP about this and also the £11K which I understand is an incentive for an accuser.... For me, a real victim of rape would seek justice, not to make money.

Both issues, I feel need looking at....

£11K? It's now around £16K minimum. All out of tax payers pockets of course.....

I have screenshot the Range Rover quote and also the one where she states the takeway delivery boy fanicies her..(god help him) .... amongst other things such as stating on Twitter that she was having sex in MacDonalds car park ... believe me it is not private and also considering her and her boyfriend can't drive, they either had an audience, were driving her L plate car without a licence or lying.... ?? None of it reads well .... :-)

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ - It really does ring true - IPCC report - Bias investigation, changed statements etc

                      http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/Documents/inv...ell_report.pdf

                      Extracts include :

"A complaint against police has been received from Mr
Warren Blackwell in relation to the bias and non objective
conduct of police officers with regard to the investigation by
Northamptonshire Police of an alleged indecent assault"

"That officer’s from Northamptonshire Police deliberately omitted vital
evidence from the statement of a prosecution witness, ME and
unlawfully attempted to persuade that witness to give perjured evidence." (P37)

                      "Statement of ME dated 04/09/07
                      115. He says he was intimidated by DC Officer A when he made his
original statement to him. This, however, is purely based on
the fact that DC Officer A was a police officer, and he was not
used to dealing with police officers. There is no evidence of
any misconduct by this inference. He says that he made his
statement to DC Officer A on 5th January 1999 at the Xxx Xxx
Social Club. He recalls the conversation with DC Officer A
seemed to focus on Warren Blackwell and his movements. He
stated that the timings referred to in his statement came as a
result of discussion with DC Officer A but adds he could not
have come up with the time on his own as he could not
remember due to the amount of alcohol he had consumed.
When he was asked about his identification of Warren
Blackwell outside the club on the night he said he was not
certain it was him and that DC Officer A had “taken it too far
and was written down as me definitely identifying the male as
Warren”. He adds that he skim read the statement before he
signed it and that having read it again it seemed to be accurate
He adds that when he gave evidence at court he told the truth
                      as he knew it.
                      116. ME stated that after the statement was made he did not see DC
Officer A until he went to court to give evidence. He reiterated
that before he gave his evidence at the trial of Warren
Blackwell, DC Officer A approached him and said “Don’t let
them tell you, you were drunk, just say it was Warren outside
and that’s it”. He says at the time he thought this was strange
that DC Officer A would say this to him before giving evidence." (P37 & P38)
