Have you ever though about how lives can be destroyed financially and emotionally?

Some may not have a clue how this effects others. Others are calculating and unbalanced and this is what they want for whatever reasons in their exceptionally warped brain. Narcissistic unbalanced people are everywhere. And once they are in it they know they cannot pull out of it without repercussions to themselves.

A syndrome similar to Munchausens by Proxy springs to mind also

The creature that has had my son locked up for 13 years knows exactly what she has done!
The day he was sentenced she plastered another guy's name on Face Book claiming he was texting her 15 year old daughter!
What she DID NOT know is someone screen shot it and sent it to me and I intend to use this in our appeal against her.
I also intend throwing an almighty Coming Home party in her local club and inviting everyone who is attending the 2nd trial and putting posters up with his picture and the party date all over the town!
Some may call me twisted but I call myself a Mother and I will do everything I can to ensure he gets out and she gets done for wasting everyone's time, money and our lives in this way

I agree with everything you have said. My husband has been sentenced to 13 years for false allegations. I am standing by my man as I believe him 1000% even though the accuser was my daughter. I know some people will call me callous etc but I know my husband is innocent and thus is lol over money. With this type of accusation you are guilty and have to prove your innocence but being historic and it didn't happen there is no evidence. It's a no win situation. The system has to change my boys and I have lost so much and my husband has to all for nothing. Sorry for the entire but it's good to get it off your chest.

Our son was falsley accused of rape, we knew he was innocent not one ounce of our family doubted him. He got the result nfa which was rightly so, but the false accuser has still come out on top, our son has changed it has hardened him, and I feel I have lost my loving gentle son, he wants revenge which we can all understand, during the time of the false accusation he was going to leave uni, he was on sleeping pills,lost his appetite as we all did. We didn't eat sleep or get a moment of normality, we soldiered on through tears and heart break and dark days and nights
thank goodness we supported, him and guided him, to stay on as he had done nothing wrong. So to each and every one of the false accusers, think long and hard of the impact to the person you are accusing and their families, you might have had sex and regretted it, or had sex when you were already in a relationship, the damage you do to the innocent party is unforgivable. We hope we can recover from this, I'm sure we will and this nightmare we have been through gets duller as time goes on.

I wasn't charged with sexual offences- I was charged with threatening and abusive behaviour towards 2 of my OH's accusers and subsequently attempting to pervert the course of justice.
I have posted this elsewhere on the forum , but even so just to reiterate:

The courts saw fit to ban me from my home, leaving me and a vulnerable 10 year old on the streets with nothing but the clothes we stood up in.

I've lost my home, my dignity, my physical and mental health have suffered. I am on course for bankruptcy. I had to move 350 miles back to my home town, leave my job and friends I had made As a registered nurse my professional reputation has also been sullied.

And I haven't even started on what effects my OH's case has had.

It's an ongoing nightmare but finding this forum has been a great help- I thought we were the only ones ! I just wish we'd seen all the advice pre-trial.

Lie Detecter

I really wish it was possible to get both parties to take a lie detector test in advance of Court.
If both were asked the same questions and their answers noted and given as evidence it may stop so many people lying to get revenge as the Jury would see the results, not 100% I accept but it could help with some cases I am sure

South Yorkshire police use them to manage convicted sex offenders in the community and on license. Apparently 63% confess before taking the test and can then be recalled to prison. I wonder how many false accusers would admit what they had done if faced with one? Mind I think most of them are that brazen they would assume they could beat it.
After all, they have already beaten the justice system.

However I am also reliably told that we have here a specially trained officer who investigates claims made by children, to discern those who are not being truthful. No doubt this is in wake of the "grooming scandal".
If only Strathclyde had such an officer.............
