Did you have a solictor during your interview with the police?

You wrote that "her claims have changed several times",this is possible as the police first took her statement,then interviewed you and went back to her with your side of the story.
Do not trust and contact the police.

Do you know the reasons why this girl would falsely accuse you of touching her?
Failure and revenge could be potential motives.

Try to write as much information as you can about the time you were together.
From the moment she went in your house to the moment she left.
At what time,in which room,which conversation did you have,...

She said that there was no studio equipment in your house,did you record her singing or maybe you have cctv evidence?

There is a sticky thread in the forum with solicitor who specialise in sexual offences ,I suggest you contact one.
If you are from a different county,other members might be able to give you information.

Thanks so much for your reply. With regards to your questions:

Yes there was a solicitor present in my interview.

Do not trust and contact the police.
I do not trust them, however I intend to contact them about my laptop that was ceased, as Ive got work I need to do. Would this be a bad idea?

I cant think of any reason why she'll do this. Someone has told me maybe she wants to make a compensation claim or something?

She came to my house at around 2:15pm on tuesday, she was my first session of the day and I had another later. We were supposed to meet at 2:00pm. We shook hands at my entrance and hugged. Then I took her to my living room, were she sat on my couch and i on the other side of the couch. We talked for about an hour. I gave her more details about the project and also gave her the opportunity to ask any questions she had. Which she did.

Then I asked to listen to some of her previous singing. She brought out her laptop from her bag and played me a song on it. I told her to bring it with her to my studio, which is in my bedroom, so that I can hook it up to my setup. She followed me there and then sat on my bed while i hooked it up.

We listened for to a track for a while, analysing her singing etc. She said she had some more material online and asked me to enter my wifi password on her laptop. I went over to her and did so. She played me some more songs and a music video on youtube that she was in. She asked that I play her some of my material too. I played her a couple of my songs on youtube.

After I heard enough, i said to her it was time to record and began preparing my setup for a session. She asked for my email address as she wanted to send me the track she'd be singing to. I went over to her and typed my email address. She then asked if she could use my bathroom, which i showed her were it was. She went over while i continued preparing my set up.

After 5 mins or so she called out to me saying she'll be with me in a bit. I told her to take her time. ten mins later she still hadnt come back. I went over to the bathroom knocked on the door asking if she was ok. I got no reply. I knocked again and still no reply. I then opened the door and found the bathroom empty and the window wide open. I was shocked.

I then called her several times on my phone, but she never picked up. I then sent her a text asking were she was, but she never replied. I went out of my house looking for her and saw two police men knocking on my neighbors door. They later came to my door and questioned me.

Unfortunately, I couldnt record anything as I was just preparing to record when she decides to go ease herself.

Unfortunately compensation (financial) is the most attractive reason why she would falsely accuse you.
If she would have claim for somthing more serious she could end up with circa 15 000£.

I am afraid you will have to forget about your computer as long as the police will have to investigate,
this could take several months even if they won't find any evidence.

Try to get a diary and write as much as you can about the circumstances leading to this accusation.
More members will provide you extra support within a short period of time.

Hi and welcome to the forum - you will get a lot of advice and support - both practical and emotional on here.Be prepared for a rollercaoster of emotions. It may be worth having a chat with your GP just to let them know what you're starting to go through. They are generally very sympathetic....keep reading and posting and keep strong....
