  • Taking ages

    Hi guys

OUr case is taking ages now, it will be 8 months in 2 days.

They keep re baling and rebailing!

Is it a good or bad sign?

Also it cant be forensics as they took nothing off him at all.

Ours is a year in 2 days! The same here, it's just rebail after rebail. His next bail date is tomorrow and we have heard nothing, he usually would have had a letter by now, although he has received one, on the bail date before. I'm so anxious!!

Our solicitor says it's a good thing if it takes a, long time. Especially if there had been no requestioning in all that time. It means they have no evidence.

Have you a solicitor to find out for you whats going on?

      Hi Believe!

      Its ridiculous isn't it?!

He was only requestioned once and that too the same damn questions that he faced first time!

Our solicitor keeps asking them what on earth is taking so long and all we get is ''the detective is away'' ''he is on holiday''

Blinding long holiday isn't it for the past year

      Its a joke!
