DBS or CRB cleared

Hi everyone
sorry for not able to countinue here but I wanted to share tht I had my DBS or CRB enhanced check and there is nothing in there its all clear. So please everyone falsely accused fight and find evidence and witnesses.
Keep yourself busy. Take care of your mental health look forward to good times.
advice u get here from the admins is priceless and accurate
and never give prosecutors any info it will be used againsg u if ur accused

Did you go private or legal aid? In your experience does it make a difference

Ive just met gerry today for the first time and hes a fantastic chap. Very honest and friendly and i asked him why he is taking on these cases. He told us his story and said "because i want to make a difference". He does not make any good money from these cases he does it because he genuinely cares what innocent people accused of sex crimes go through. His intentions are probably the most honourable of all the solicitors who deal with these cases and i doubt he cares less about a case just because its legal aid funded.

However of course paying privately will enable the sol to take more time for your case.
