hello all.
I wanted to ask something, as some peoples know about my case, i wanted to ask you, in rape or sexual activity cases,
1) Does police have to find all evidence for example, if they find any biological evidence which proves, there was some sexual activity, do they still look for more evidence like going through phones and clothes??
2) if they found the big evidence, do they still spend time to look for small stuff as well??
3) my solicitor is not actually helping about my passport case, so i am wondering if i can go and meet my investigating officer and explain to him why i need passport and photocopy of passport to get a place in uni and also for job.
a) spoke to uni and they give scholarship for only 8 students but condition is to apply ASAP, so need to send them a copy of my passport.
b) i gave an interview and they offered me a job but they want to have a look on my passport.
so basically that's the 2 reasons for me to move on
regards
