Please get some bananas out, my fabulous son is cleared, we heard yesterday the solicitors told us that the cps are not offering any evidence to the crown and so the judge will direct the jury to a NOT GUILY verdict , my son couldn't quite believe me when I broke the news to him, it was the best phone call of the year and the best Christmas present we could ever have had. We all went out and got terribly drunk, it was great xxxxxx I am soooooo happy !!

They are barstards for putting you all through the pain of being charged then to offer no evidence when they did know there was no evidence in the first Fecking place.

Identical in my case a week before my trail we were informed they would offer no evidence, if the same happens to you then no trial,no Jury just a dispersal hearing at CC with the judge and barristers. In my case even the police did not attend and I was not put into the Dock but seated in the open court - 30 mins in and out and he declares you not guilty.
