I want to partially disclose records ie work records and medical records which refute what the complainant say but solicitor
said it might arouse suspicion with CPS that we are holding something incriminating back.If the record clearly shows that the person is lying
why can I not just show that which proves she in lying.I want to keep somethings private as the cps are looking for anything they could use against
me even if it nonsense
I have 3 options
1 look for other records and data that I want to disclose to refute allegations
2 Don t disclose any of the material
3 partially disclose that which directly shows the complainant is lying and let the CPS be suspicious of it
I have lots of proof but their are obstacles to presenting it to a Jury
