As Rights Fighters time is already taken up quite severely, it makes more sense to potentially save her time by getting introduced to the person first.
If I just sent her a person's email and said 'there you are, sort that un out' for every person that came on the forum, she'd have work coming out her ears (even moreso than already!)

Its taken me a long time to read things, think - go back and read again and then answer - even if I do come up with the wrong answer, at least I know I've given it great thought and then cocked it up!
