Finally got to crown. The trial lasted 4 days. ****tin myself waitin for the decision. Took the jury 8 minutes to find me unamously not guilty on all 4 counts of rape. Burst out cryin with relief but now its all over after 2 long hard years. It has been a nightmare but now I hope I can forget this. Will never forgive the accuser but I had the last laugh. For everyone in the same boat believe in urselves as there is always hope. xx
Many congratulations, so very pleased to hear that justice has been done. Remember that once the euphoria has died down your emotions will be all over the place - this is normal!
And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..
8 minutes to decide not guilty after 4 days of evidence sounds fairly overwhelmingly that it should have never gone to trial!
I knew from day one that nothing happened but the CPS again think they know better. They dont care about the accused only the so called victim . Total joke . They offered me a deal before it started and I told them where to stick it . It's too easy to get nicked on an accusation of rape.
I don't recall your case but I am very pleased for your result and that's a very quick verdict.
Prepare yourself for various emotions but ride with it and return for support if you require it

As RFLH said, be prepared for the euphoria to die down and to experience mood swings. This is normal.
So happy that justice prevailed.
