    Hon, I wasn't having a pop at you. Just wanted to make sure that nobody is lulled into a false sense of security. With that comes complacency and if the worst happens and there is a charge, that will make the shock all more more difficult to cope with.

      Oh RF.. you are sweet, no I know you are not having a pop!

      You are right, sometimes in an effort to calm people I might assure them that it cannot go to charge because of how ridiculous some cases are; lack of evidence and stories..but it still goes to court..just like our case, or WC's case.

        From my experiences with the police so far and from the cases on here, I am only hoping that the truth will be the deciding factor but I also fear the worst too.

        Well I was rebailed until 13th September, although the police did it via letter and sent it not to my bail address but to my home address and it only arrived the day before my bail date.

        At least Social Services are finally wanting to start the core assessment next week. They haven't even met me yet despite getting me to take 2 days off from work then cancelling the visits on the day
