yeah thats what is is trying. but he should be honest to police that he was with her but he did not have sex with her but lets see what results says.

Hang on - you are not in court yet! It may never get that far. One step at a time. Let's see what the forensics come back with. If it proves your friend to be guilty then he could also be done for attempting to pervert the course of justice by trying to frame you.

I cannot see that you would be prosecuted for handing over a condom in a public place. It was your friend who was about to perform an act that could outrage public decency, not you - so that would fall on him, should he be charged with the rape.

If she makes it clear to the police that you had nothing to do with it and you did not force her into the car, and neither did your 'friend' then I cannot see how you could be prosecuted for false imprisonment of kidnap, which is what I think you are worried about.

cops find my car though the CCTV camera where my friend was talking to her. we both were in the car. so CCTV shows that she get in the car herself, no one forced her at all.

i am worried about one thing that everything happens in my car and to let him have sex in my car, i get off from the car.

cops have seen the CCTV so it can never be forced or kidnap. and i am 100% sure results will not match with her.

if this case will go further then i will surely gonna need a good solictor. i dont wna go in jail for doing nothing but the most embarssment thing is, police arrested my from my house, police never came to my house or in street before, so i am really scared to even go out because think, what other people bo looking at me and what they be thinking. seriously this thing will jus put a full stop in my life.

they took my car , my phone and my all clothes. cant go any where like interview and cant apply jobs n stuff.

Unfortunately it can take weeks for forensics results to come back as there are so many sex offence cases, many true reports and unfortunately many false allegations. You could contact the OIC and ask when you can have your phone and car back but don't be surprised if they are not ready for return. Unfortunately it can be months. I can see this has put you in a bad situation as you are looking for work. I do feel for you.

I am sorry you suffered the embarrassment of being picked up from your home. That must have been dreadful.

Just hang on in there and sit tight. I Know that's easy for me to say but there really isn't much you can do at the moment.

yeah i have friends but i mot seeing anyone yet because i am not in the sistuation to meet them

yeah families knows and they told me to get a good solicitor but i told them, if the case go to court, then i will hire specialist.

if i have done anything, i would be guilty fron inside but i have done nothing and that scare me more that i dont go in jail for doing nothing.

i am sure there are so many peoples in jail who have done nothing, i just dont want to be one.

i just want truth to come up and it proves that i did not do anything with the girl.

its a big case included me, the friend and the girl. after results if it proves that i did not do anything will they i get NFA but if he did anything and the case will be carried on.

the girl already told the cops that he was the one, who was talking to her not the driver and i am the driver. so it has been done as well.

no one forced her to get in the car, she got in the car herself because friend was talking to her.

the girl will see the parade thing like pictures so she will know who she had sex with.
and resutls will prove too.
police asked him, where he was at that time and he lied but poilce said, they find out because the place he said, always CCTV there. so they will find out he was the passanger.

stressedout, sorry to hear about your story... try to look at the positive side of things although it doesnt look like it right now. The girl did not say you raped her, instead the passenger did...hopefully the cctv will show you are not the passenger. Your friend is more in trouble than you are especially as he had lied. As many said, giving out the condom is not a crime! Try not to think you will be charged at this point. Stick to the truth, it is good start that you didn't lie for your friend. your right fighter, i am more thinking about negetive side. i know, i am honest and i told the truth. atlest i have nothing to hide inside my heart. the girl will see the parade thing and will tell the cops that passenger raped her.

i think it is just the way the police works, they can also be very friendly and they will still charge you.. try to just stick to the facts. If they dont get forensics on you and the CCTV helped, you will be out of this nightmare soon.. avoid thinking how they treated you.. it is annoying of course but as i said stick to the positive side of things. It happened you are in the place of the reported crime so you cannot avoid being questioned. Enjoy the weekend if you can..
