A google does bring up a similar case which finished recently, if so its a Not Guilty but may well be pure coincidence.

The same link also says BOTH have been remanded into custody while awaiting sentencing but then goes on to say one wasn't guilty of aiding or abetting.

So I am confused

Hi I saw that news article as well. But that person was not guilty for aiding and abetting rape but was remanded because he was caught driving whilst disqualified and so will be sentenced for that.

Possibly you are looking at the wrong story as the one you mention, you say is London based. Stressed Out is based in Lancashire.

Stressed Out says he is from Lancashire - nowhere near London of course..... I think that's where the case was heard as he asked for recommendations for sols up there.

Its his brother( Stressed out) he has been found guilty, and the hearing sentence will be on the 6th january.. they have kept him in prison... But i can't understand he didn't do anything he was not involved in it at all i can't believe this.. my family is going through a severe torture because of his.. we're praying he gets least least sentence but i rang the lawyer and he said for aiding and abetting it can be either 6 or 8 years? a quick question guys...

What is the minimum sentence he can receive? and before giving him the sentence will they look at his background? his character?
