I've been thinking about you today and was wondering how you are getting on and whether there was a result yet.

Of course your barrister is correct. If the 'friend' is found guilty that does not mean that you will automatically be found guilty. It IS a separate case and it turns, I think, on whether you knew what was in the 'friend's mind - if he is found guilty.

I do hope you can come back to let us know what happened. Will be thinking about you tonight and hoping you manage to get a little sleep although I am sure that will probably be impossible.

Sorry but still no news. Jury taking too long.
They send a note to judge to ask few questions.

Girl said, she wasn't talking in car and I said she was and proved it. Jury wanted to know her statement

2nd question. Jury wanted to see the reaction of the girl when she was passenger clothes. Her reaction was normal.

But ago, judge send the jury home and they will get majority thing by 11.30 - 1

Barrister said, possible it will be retrial. He said, it get hard to win in 2nd trial.
It's been two days. They are taking very long. There are 2 women and one guy
Who making notes and rest of them just listening.

You know , it's very hard on you but it's a good thing the jury are asking questions - that means they want to know more than what has been said . It's just so awful they're taking so long about it.

They give a note to judge that they want to see the video when officer showed her the passenger clothes.

Her reaction was ordinary.

Barrister said, they wanted to see her reaction basically. If a girl is attacked and see tgè clothes, they like say something extreme or cry. But she was normal.

Prosecution trying to make it a big deal. Both barristers said, it's sort of in our favour because she could had been worse.

Good thing is, jury didn't ask anything about me do they don't save any doubts about me.

Only if he is flight risk or at risk of talking to witnesses from the other side. We don't know that this is a retrial. He could have been convicted of course. I wish he had a friend who could log in and let us know
