Hi stressed out, I'm surprised at the passenger's remark - it's not up to his barrister or the judge to decide whether you should also be found guilty or not... that's what the jury's for.
Will be thinking of you tomorrow and looking forward to a positive outcome.
hi whats goes on, whats what i have been told that my case is separate but his barrister asked judge that, if passenger got done for rape and i should be done for aiding and abetting rape, because that's why cps charged me. aiding and abetting rape which passenger did.

Sounds like the 'friends' barrister is worried about the way the case is looking for his client and is hoping your innocence will rub off onto your 'friend'; i.e. he is actually wanting the judge to direct the jury that if they find you not guilty then they must also find his client not guilty.
As WGO says, the judge is unlikely to be drawn into this trap as it would give rise to an instant appeal!
No news, speeches done and judge took ages to sum up and it's not even done yet.
Tomorrow morning, judge will take more 45 mins so from 11ish is verdict time.
I literally had tears in my eyes, when barrister was talking about me.
I m scared and will let all of you know
Hi
Speeches went good. My barrister and passenger barrister, said and out some good points in.
My barrister said, I was consistent all the way with my statement.
Both girl and passenger had lied but I didn't.
Judge took girl side little but he also sed, no DNA and forensic evidence found. But it possible to have sex or rape with out them.
Judge sed, I was consistent with my statement.
Jury have to prove our guilt but don't know what they will decide.
They will slightly take the girl side because police officers describe her scared and upset and crying when they saw her.
I didn't play no role.
I was do scared all day and duno what will happen tomz.
It's all looks neutral atm.
To quote our judge ... ' consistency is generally considered to be truth'. That's all to your credit.
The waiting is horrible. I hope you won't be in court on your own tomorrow. If you are, try and have things to distract you or people you can chat to while you wait for the verdict. I hope you won't have to wait too long.
Keeping everything crossed and looking forward to your positive post tomorrow.

Stressed out.
Once again you can't write which side the jury will take (especially hers).
I have seen it myself: faking to be scared in front of a policeman and as soon as he turned his head she was back to normal.
I told my barrister that I never ever saw my fa crying .
At the end of his cross examination he told her as she was even laughing after a question:
" You don't seem to be really emotional" and guess what happened suddenly...a miracle.
I don't want to be blasphemous but I always think about a weeping statue.
Keep positive and all the best for today.

Hi SO,
Gosh! can't believe the turmoil they are putting you. You must be at the end of your tether with waiting all weekend and then another three days for verdict. I hope you get the not guilty verdict you deserve tomorrow and it would be awful for it to go the other way or even worse a retrial.
Good luck for tomorrow!
