  • medical reports disclosures

There are things in my medical notes that are crucial to the case but also personal things which I would like to remain personal .i would like a partial disclose of points which would counter her blatant lies but not my whole medical history

My solicitor and barrister say it must be whole disclosure or nothing or the CPS will think we are hiding something.Yet when asked to see the alleged victims medical reports cps said there is nothing to disclose

I could get hospital to write a letter with the relevant points verified but would this be allowed .I have press reports and emails from the hospital showing that she is lying about some of the accusations but its getting he proof out

Any advice on this matter welcomed

    Hello Sadman

I don't want to offend you nor to be harsh but do you want to go to jail or not?

The hospital have your medical history so asked them if they can help you.

If you have evidence just give it.

I would rather disclose everything if it can save me than going to jail.

Take care and stay strong, you are doing well.
    Non,je ne regrette rien.

It can be argued before the judge with the jury out whether all of your medical history should go before the jury or not. I cannot see that your medical records WOULD be a cause for the jury's concern in any event unless they relate to previous convictions or allegations made against you.

yes sadman, in our case, the judge decided on what is relevant to the case, what the defense team shown us are only parts of the clinical notes on the accuser, I guess it could work for your side also. The defense team can argue for only relevant parts of your medical history to the case.
