I have been with my wife for 16yrs and we have been married 7yrs,we have 3 children a girl of ten and 2 boys 9 and 6.During our marriage we have have had several swinging evenings where we would have men join us at home also she would go out to find men and also tried dogging.On april 24th (daughters 10th bday) i came home to find she had laeft with the children and move to another town 80 miles away,over the next few weeks i was able to see the children and talk to them when she would alow me until 1 weekend where i decided to keep them and apply for residence order because the children kept complaining to me about her boyfriend and his father who would drag them around and call them nasty names.she came to the house and was arrested for a public order offence but relesed to go straight home. The next day i was granted the order and 3 days later she had me i court and got the children back because she told the court they had school but it was jubilee week and the school was closed.
On 11th june i had another court hearing and at the begining of the hearing my barrister informed me that in the days after my wife was arrested she reported me to the police for rape and having men to the house to rape her whilst she was under the influence of her medication,after the hearing i offered myself to the police for questioning but they had nothing on their datbase about me then aroung 27th june i again offered myself and still nothing,then on friday 13th july a went back to the police and they arrested me for rape and encitement to rape,i was questioned and relesed on bail without charge to reappear on the 22nd october.
One of my friends were also arrested for rape and bailed the same as me, she has neve even met my friend.our answers to the questions they asked about our friendship and now long we have been friends were the same as we have no reason to lie.She even walked past my friend in the county court house the previous day and didnt even batter an eyelid at him.
The police serched our houses and took computers,phones,all my family court papers and evidence, bed sheets rugs and photos we had taken of each other. some of the photos were of my wife she had taken herself after a bad epilectic fit where she had cut her face and was covered in blood and so was the bedside table where she had hit her face also some where she had cut her finger with a knife after a fit,these are some of my evidence for the family court to try and show them what the children had to try and deal with regulaly.they have also been to social services to get the copy of the disc that i sent them with these pictures on.
All the alegations of rape she has claimed to have been when we had met with these men and she has told them she was always unable to fight them off because her medication would make her weak and unable to move.
She wont let me have contact with the children even with a court order in place allowing me to have contact and the court knew of these allegations when the order was granted,the police also told me they have no concerns with me being around children.
We dont know what to do now
