victims police interview notes

Can the alleged victims police interview notes be used by defense council that is the notes the police take from the complainant before she signs a statement.I had a bit of bad luck I lost SD card with a lot of information on .Fortunately the critical stuff was encrypted so the police or CPS can not see it if they got their hands on it and as it is lost i have destroyed the written password I had so cannot give them the pass word any way and it was a generated pass word so not one u could remember just don t trust the police or cps anymore.

The defence are entitled to have the hand written notes made while taking down the details from the complainant.
