The presumption is for bail to be granted unless there are powerful reasons otherwise: other reasons being that the accused has been previously arrested for similar offences; there is a danger of the accused influencing potential witnesses; or is in personal danger from witnesses or accuser.
Obviously if any of this applied he wouldn't have been granted police bail in the first place so it is fairly certain that he will be rebailed with conditions.
