Looking for a Specialist Solicitor in the South West

I have tried searching the forum but couldn't really find anything specific. I wanted to locate a solicitor in the South west of England who specialises in false rape allegations. Prefer Devon or Cornwall but anywhere in the south west will be a start. Thank you

If you can afford to pay privately search for Chris Saltrese, he is by far the best and is competitively priced compared to other privately paid solicitors. I am assuming this is for a trial as opposed to an appeal?

I don't really know, just for advice I guess which I am perfectly prepared to pay for. My son has been falsely accused and interviewed by the police but we need some expert advice. He refused a solicitor as he didn't think he had anything to worry about as he hasn't done what he's been accused of. His ex-girlfriend has accused him of repeated rape throughout their relationship. This was over a year ago and their relationship lasted about 4 months. The police I know are doing their job as they have to follow up an allegation, however, they have been pretty harsh towards him and I feel that we need to know where we stand.

Contact the solicitor I reccommended Chris Saltrese. Bear in mind that a solicitor can't do much pre-charge as they have documentation but he may offer you some initial advice.

Thank You for taking the time to mail me on my thread. Its been a long time for me now to deal with the effects and yes my life has changed and scars visible, you learn to cope.

Right now you will have many people offering you advice which being honest can become overloading and to much to quick.

As I'm a new member I'm not allowed to send Private Messages yet, but thank you for the offer. I have spent all day on the telephone today - I booked an annual leave day from work so I could try and do something constructive. As I was already advised above, there is very little I can do until any kind of charge is made. I will PM you as soon as the forum lets me. Thanks for replying to me. I was about to suggest Nunn Rickard if you cannot afford to pay. If you can afford to pay, Chris Saltrese charges less than many solicitors and you get a first class service. Check out his website in my signature.
