@mac2012 do you think your mum would come speak to people on this website so the members may give her some insight and work out how to best help you with your situation,I think they may have brought your mum so they could legally interview you I think because you are so young it might have been illegal for them to interview you IM GUESSING but ....whatever you do you and your mum should get a lawyer don't speak to the police they are very dangerous and might pretend they like you ......................................ask your mum or dad to come on the site if you can

Those under a certain age (18 i think) are supposed to have a trusted adult with them, whether it's a guardian or a trained adult. However, if I remember correctly, they are also entitled to a solicitor too. If that is the case, and the OP has not been offered a solicitor, then there has been an abuse of process.
He may of course not remember as the day will be quite a blur due to the stress of everything that happened.
Wunderland's advice is good...a parent may find some good advice here as we have several mums here who will understand their position."Be sure your sin will find you out"

I would've thought a solicitor was pretty mandatory but then I could be wrong on this. One should at the very very least have been offered. Were you offered one?
Your word against hers..............
I wouldn't count on it! You've been questioned by the Police, It's her word plus their word against yours now..................
It is pretty important for you to let us know if you were offered a solicitor.
You're only 16 as well. Christ, I really feel for you. It's hard happening at the best of times but at your age it's very destructive on your chances of future relations with females. Your mind suffers intolerable stresses and your outlook changes.
Welcome to the forum. We're all here to help. Make sure if there is any further questioning by the Police you have a solicitor present. They have to offer a 'duty solicitor' so make use of them if you have not already got your own.Wow... A signature option!

mac2012, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear why you are here. Yes, I would also suggest you asked some family members to look at this forum so they can help you how to deal with the situation. It is definitely a word against each other; no other evidence to prove touching..unless there is CCTV where it happened. Hopefully the case will be dropped. Attention seeking directed towards a bf can be a motivation indeed Take care of yourself
