***false accusation allegation of rape**

my girlfriend accused me of rape, she said to the police that, she consented for sex and after , she asked me to stop about 7 times and i didnt stop: i was arrested on suspiscion of rape and later bail after 15 hrs, i am due to return back at the police station in 5 months.
my only defence is that , i did stop when she told me to> she call me in bed about 3 times for sex that night, i didnt want to, but i wanted to please her. not only i was not hard enough, but i did not ejaculate

she got not bruises, her friend made the 911 call

the seaze my phone, laptop, medical record, i gave them my facebook password and the dating web where we met

since that time my duty solicitors have not even contacted me, i dont know what is going on
i forgot to mention at my police interview that, she asked me to help her lie in court about her mobility allowance. she wanted me to lie to the jugde in court during her appeal due to come ,that i am her carer, that she needs care, because she wants a car from the goverment, and i refused.

she has tried to claim compensation for falling on the bus, but she never been successfull,

she sometime send me text message and call me monkey boy

i dont know how i can proove my innocence, i had no previous conviction, may be the police is looking at my behaviour

why at the looking at my mobile, laptop, why do they need my medical record.? i got erectal disfunction problem, and the doctor put me on medication

do i get a chance to win this case/ i have drop from size 12 to 8

My first bit of advice would be to read the advice on the thread you posted under a username.

Please also read the thread: what to do if you've been falsely accused of rape.

Right no, you are on bail and the CPS will be looking at your case. It is normal to have your laptop etc taken. They will then decide whether or not to charge.

Things such as your erection problems and the fact that there is no bruising on the complainant are irrelevant I am afraid. Neither or those things prove no rape happened.

she has tried to claim compensation twice, she got turn down, she said that she felt on the bus one day and hurt herself, and she asked me to help her lieing on her benefit claim, i refused. i thing if i bring this up now, they would not beleive me. i couldnt thing about all that during my interview, i was tired and didnt have any sleep, and the duty sollicitor did not advice me on that line

You cant 'prove' your innocence...right now it is a waiting game. The battle truly begins after charge but it may not get that far.

the police gave me back some of my things that they seize at the station, so the came at my house, and they also went to the girl house and brought me back my xbox, cameras and other. they told me that there are still waiting for my medical record from my gp and also , they are still looking at my laptop, facebook. please tell me, why do they need all these things for their investigation. the girl accused me of not stopping during sex when she told me to, i denied her allegation

It is fairly common to have these things seized as part of an investigation into an alleged sexual crime.

They may want to search these for many reasons including:

• To see if you have an unhealthy interest in rape i.e you have viewed or downloaded pornography related to rape
• You have viewed or downloaded anything else illegal or nasty
• You have had social media, private messages, email contact etc with the accuser or discussed what happened with anyone else that may be of use to the police
• There is dubious contact with other potential victims who the police might like to come forward

That list is not exhaustive but it is pretty much procedure that you will have these items complicated. It takes a lot more time and work to search a laptop hard drive than say an XBOX due to the higher memory, hence why it will take longer. There is also a backlog of computers waiting to be checked in many regions which will delay things further. Unfortunately, you may have to expect quite a long wait.

why have they asked for my medical record?, i remenber telling them at my interview that i suffered from a low sexual desire, and i have seen a gp who check my testetorol and confirm it

The fact that she called you that, especially if it was meant as a racial slur, could count against her in court. However, it isn't evidence that she has not been raped. Similarly, someone with a low sex drive can still be a rapist

it's fairly normal for police to do all of these background checks on you. They'll be looking for anything in your history that might help build a bad picture of you. If you haven't accessed nasty stuff on your computer, then your computer should come back clear. However, bear in mind that if you regularly access 'normal' pornography, sometimes, nastier images are hidden among it. A solicitor on your behalf would argue for you that it accessing this was not intentional however so try not to worry about that.
