Hello everyone I am absolutely in pieces my whole life has been turned upside down to police are not interested in finding out the truth rather making you look like the bad guy as soon as you are arrested your guilty in their eyes
there is no justice
Me and my mate where at a park having few drinks we met this girl there in the park was was drinking as well and was already tipsy she introduced herself to us and i was not interested in her at all she was just not my type she seemed to be interested in my mate she was all over him flirting and next they started kissing at that point i started getting sick of the liqueur i left the area went some where else to sober up and thought let my mate have fun i could sense they wanted privacy couple of hours later i met my mate at a friends house a mutual friend of both of us
both of us left his house 10 min later the police arrested us on the spot no questions ask you match the description
the girl accused me of kissing her which is ******** and accused my mate of forced oral sex and that he put his fingers in her vagina
i insisted in taking a penis swap i know for a fact there was no sexual intercourse or oral sex what so ever but the police is making it out like I was the look out while my mate was raping her which are lies !!!!
when I was present the kissing and flirting was mutual consent i DON'T KNOW!! what happend after i left the girl also claims one of us went into her purse and stole her mobile my finger prints are not on her purse and the mobile was never found i even told the police they can go to my house and check it i have no clue what she is on about

anyway case in point i am out on bail awaiting if i will get charged or not however they police are trying to get me done for joint enterprise and robbery i am innocent !!
even at work i can't function i am stressed and down but what are my changes of winning this and god forbid if i get sentenced what are the penalties?
