Tiny victory in a big battle

my hubbys accuser or should i say liar and the cps have asked for the trial date to be changed due to very silly reasons in our view. this was presented to a judge a couple of weeks ago and he agreed with our barrister that the trial date stays as it is.
this doesnt seem a lot butthe way we are feeling at the moment any little thing that goes our way seems like we have won the lottery.

oh and now 3 weeks without a cigarette and feeling and smelling so much better.
