If he manage to get rid of 11 charges in one foul swoop , it sounds pretty positive to me - especially since his ex and her kids seem to be giving you a big hand...

The weekend will probably be the most difficult to get through. Is it possible that you could arrange for something to do that would be both relaxing and time consuming?

Could you get away just for a night to the seaside or countryside and just 'walk' it off as far as you can?

Thanks agin for all your posts... My fiancée was on the stand for 4 hrs, which meant that only his ex wife and my step daughter were able to give there statements. Tomorrow myself, my 3 children, my brother and my daughters friend will get our turn. Prosecution will do there summing up pm, then Monday our fab barrister Emma will do her closing statement. Verdict Monday pm !!!!

Well, today seemed to go well, we all gave our statements and this afternoon the prosecution did there closing statement (in an hour and a half). Monday morning Emma will be giving her closing statement which she said will take her 3 hrs... Judge will then direct the jury, and send them out to deliberate a verdict !!! Hoping verdict is late Monday pm, but it maybe Tuesday. Judge has also directed that yet another 2 charges were dismissed, so now my fiancée is only facing 3 instead.... A big fat positive... I feel like a should be feeling positive, yet I'm so frightened that its gonna go wonky

Emma,s closing speech was fantastic!!! We couldn't have asked for more. The judge has a sentencing this afternoon, so he will address the jury at 10am tomorrow, then they will be sent out to determine a verdict .... I'm praying that the truth will be served, and we can all come home tomorrow with all our beautiful children and live our lives in peace X
