well its been 7 weeks since Emma asked the ex's team for the dvd's of there interviews and medical reports on all 3.. Max had to go back to court last wednesday to ask the judge to order them to comply, as we had recieved nothing.Surprise, surprise, the ex has changed her team.... Max recieved the dvd's last Friday and a couple of medicals reports on the ex wife. Emma isnt happy that they seem to be withholding info on the 2 step daughters, so max is back in court tomorrow to inform the judge that he feels they are deliberatley witholding evidence.

On a positive note, the little medical reports that we have show her as an attention seeking liar, who changes her mind and reasons why shwe has frequently taken overdoses over the years...she has never blamed my fiancee... but switches between her dead brother, her step father,and her mother... Emma and max stated that the ex is not the problem...its the step daughters. something ive known from the start.

As the days tick down, im feeling sicker and sicker...praying that yet,another innocent loving man doesnt go to prison !!!

Max will call us tomorrow evening to let us know if the trail will proceed next week, or be put back....

It's interesting to speculate the reasons behind this.....whatever they are it must reflect in the way their case will be presented.

Max called to say that the judge was very sympathetic towards us, and he has told the ex's team that he isn't impressed that they seem to be withholding important evidence. He has ordered them to attend court again on Thursday of this week, where they must provide everything... It will then be decided if the trial starts on Monday, or if its delayed to give Emma time to pick over it.... Thanks for your support x

Prosecution had to attend court along with medical reports officer from newham council , as they had held medical reports back. Judge ordered them to be turned over, and was again very sympathetic to us. Prosecution has medical files and will look at them over the weekend, handing them to us on Monday am.... The day the trial is due to start !!! Max, Emma and my fiancée will attend, and may need to request more time due to this .... Ma x says this is not unusual, although very frustrating !!!! Want thus nightmare over, and I want our bananas so bad

The defence should request an adjournment to consider this important evidence. I do hope they do that.....

Well, my fiancée attended court, with Emma and max today. Die to them only giving emma the medical reports etc: today, only both teams and judge in court. Emma asked the judge and prosecution to allow us to get the ex wife evaluated by Emma's own physcolagist as it shows in the medical records that the ex has been seeing a shrink and they reported that she has a dangerous personality disorder, described as the same as the woman in the fatal attraction film !!! Prosecution are refusing, and Emma is arguing the case why it should be allôwed !!! Judge asked everyone to return in the morning as he doesn't want to ajourn trial... Although the judge is still very sympathetic to us. My fiancée was very impressed with Emma, which is a positive ... Emma says that the prosecution don't want the ex evaluated as once proven by our shrink, they have no case, as the condition has traites which show that the person believes there own sick lies so much, they find it easy to make friends and siblings believe them too.
