You can go but not enter the courtroom until after you have given your evidence. You can then take your rightful place in the public gallery and stay there through the rest of the evidence, Crown and Defence closing speeches and the Judge's summing Up.

Thanks Izzy... we have kept this to ourselves, only a hand few of people now. My fiancee has refused to inform his mum, as he fears it will make her ill with worry [she is in her late 70's] and he hasnt told his sisters or brother for fear that they will let slip to their mum.....

Max called today, informing us that the 'otherside' havent produced the medical records that were requested by Emma our barrister !!! the judge had given them 3 weeks to produce them, and the 3 weeks was up last friday. Max is now going to get a court order from the judge to secure them...cant believe they havent given them to Max and Emma, they have had months to do it.....

In my case one of the most important evidence was DVD from petrol station to which my FA drove her car with me inside after alleged ''rape'' (4 hours after alleged ''rape'')
When I was interviewed by police when they arrested me, I was honest etc. I told them that we where texting to each other even after alleged ''rape. My FA stated that she didnt contact me after ''rape''
I was arrested 16th of March 2011. My trial should start 28th last month. On the 2nd day in the court (29th) police and prosecution informed my defence team that CPS losted main DVD (my evidence) Next thing is, that they where trying to hide content of the messages we where texting to each other.

The reason Im wrighting this is that they will do everything too keep those records away from you.

Now you have to make sure that you9 will have other evidences supporting your case.

One more thing.
Police gave me back my passport, id card and my phone. But. They removed all recorded phone calls to her and to my wife, they removed all messages from my wife to me and from me to my wife (they where stupid cos I have printed billings :-) ) and they damaged my memory card on my phone.

Thats the reality.

Thanks for your post and advice, the police, cps have nothing. And have told max and Emma that if it wasn't for the 2 step daughters suddenly making accusations, it wouldn't have gone to court !!! And all the stuff we have on the ex wife, we have copies of x
