Well, another day of both teams not reaching a decision !!! So frustrating, yet we know that Emma will not back down as she wants an independent shrink to assess the ex... Emma is Back in court tomorrow, not sure if fiancée needs to attend yet !!! But he will need to go on Thursday... Hoping by then all is sorted, and trial can start ...

Well after a week of the prosecution and our team arguing, the trial has now started. The jury have been sworn in, and after lunch they will play the DVD interview of the ex wife to the jury... I feel so sick and helpless, at work whilst my fiancée is in court. Judge would not allow us to get the ex assessed, but has allowed a statement from an expert on borderline personality disorders to be used.

Thanks for all your messages xx Emma thinks the trial will last for a week and a half. I've got a weeks annual leave booked for the 29th, so I'm hoping I'm called then, so at least I can attend each day, once I've given my statement in court. I'm trying hard to stay strong, and all your posts are really helping. Thank you all again x I just feel for my fiancée having to sit and listen to the ex and the step daughters disgusting and sick lies all week. While I'm at work, trying to act normally, when inside I'm falling apart.
