thanks for your replies i have started to write down the withheld numbers and anytime i see her around the area i will let my sol know what happend tomoz and see what they think

If it was me I would seriously look at throwing a lawsuit on the police if they are actully seriously allowing this to happen to you i would record them saying they can't help and i would record every phone call from her
just thought i would do an update more funny phone calls with no voice at the end of the phone this is now going on between 5 and 10 times a day police wont do anything sol says keep recordes i have done i also managed to get the number of the caller i passed on to sols my mom went mad she rang it back and someone answed and its the phone box by this persons house so we have taken a photo of the phonebox and number for my sol
well thats it really still being stalked im past the point of letting this get me any more down than i am ive come to realize there isnt anything i can do just yet

Would suggest someone (not the acccused) stakes out the phone box with a mobile phone camera whose clock is auto synced back to the provider and photograph the offender making the nuisance call and thus tie it back to a call record on the OPs phone record and present all this evidence to your solicitor.
ok just informed by police that ill be waiting another 4-6 weeks so still going to be bailed i informed them that im still getting calls they said that im going to have to put up with it thats there no way of proving it is her!!
i told them i thought this was a bad joke how not only have they ruined my daughters chances of taking exams with as little stress as poss but that there now going to ruin our summer hols so no trip away for us this year so now going to lose our holiday at a cost of 2500
if you inform the school about what's going on, you don't have to go into great detail - they can inform the exam boards and you get a percentage leeway in the marks - I think it was 5%, it may have changed since my daughter took hers.
