my son got 7 and out in 3 ...seems like somebody is over reacting here..
anyway you seem to be expecting the worst .you could be found NOT GUILTY .

we did a search online for the length of sentance its hardbecouse most of what we find is for under 13 this girl is 14 saying i digitally penertrated her no sex oh and it wasnt forced thats what she is saying
i didnt do anything i never thought i could land in this situation im very strict with my kids there not hanging round street corners or drinking and becouse of this this girl has made up a string of false accusations all over a bloody condom and me telling her off

horror story mate real horror it's very hard bloody coping at the moment but just take care of yourself eat enough food,exercise keeping healthy really helps try think of the very big picture try be happy there is a legal system (your innocent until proven guilty) The police will send anything to court and the judges throw most of it out because they have real cases to deal with it's allways worse then it seem's try just live your life and prepare to win and start a better life away from the little parasite

forced myself to go out yesterday first time in a couple of weeks took my dogs with me had a great time till i saw my accuser with a family member
not only does she live miles away she is down here i just felt so gutted paniked to see them got home as quick as i could and informed the sol this morning
dont feel like i can take this its driving me mental
so here i am this morning fuming still upset back on the net

ok so i have been getting withheld numbers on my home number
2 days ago my accuser rang again and told me she was going to get me locked up but kept on with helding the phone number i told her i was going to police she hung up
today she sent a text and i got the phone number
i saved this text with her saying " i should tell the truth ect ect"
i reported this to my sol they told me to report to the police i did they told me they would come out on sunday!!!
this is a disgrace in my view im being treated badly this girl has been outside my home harrasing my kids and police say nothing!!
i have been so upset and depressed over this i have sat there with a bottle of pills wanting to end this nightmare
now im angry very angry this is not my fault and now im ready for this fight come what may i will fight this i will no longer be a victim

she is saying i should stop telling lies only after a few days of her giving me dodgy phone calls that i couldnt prove was her and when i said i was going to the police she sent this message i think trying to cover her ringing me up
im not saying this is evidence for me i was just trying to explain in my own way she has now pushed to the point of me being angry not at myself like i was for being in this situation not that im guilty im not faR FROM IT

ok so police rang today asked if they could come right away i argreed
they got here i explained that i was getting these calls at all hours day and night and told them that my solicitor asked for them to listen to the answerphone recordings and for them to give me there names ect ect
they did listen to it then they said they couldnt get involved they would however tell the officer in my case about it and refused to take a statment!!
i cant believe having her on the phone having proof she called and the fact that she is harrasing me and my family very openly i cant do anything just walk away
as i have been doing
i do believe the cards are stacked against anyone in this situation
