        Dear friends,
I was wondering if the dpp ever no bills a case even if a trial date has been set?
I am very curious as my trial is on the 8/12 ? and im just still wondering if there is slight hope before the war begins

They do yes, in certain circumstances but it is by no means something that happens all the time. It is quite unusual.

Hi, still getting my head round it all, we have a appointment with the barrister this week. We found a newspaper clip from back then and it was reported as indecent assault not rape, description was nothing like my husband, files destroyed and other things. As I said he was sleeping with this person and I don't know what went on in her life, for all know she was found out and tried to cover it up.
