Sigh. This is really getting to me now. The victim herself when asked if I touched her said that she could not remember! I'm still very young and feel as if my life is over. The appeal in crown court will take months to come anyway, and this will be on my mind until then.

Keep strong! I know it's painful, but hold your head high! In time you'll look back at this and believe it or not you'll take some positives from it. The best advice I could give you which has helped me is 'Take one step at a time' don't spend lots of time and energy on 'what might happen' think about each step as it comes and the stress will be easier to manage.
