So what evidence or lack of tipped the decision in my favour? She said she said no and said stop.. I denied this.. I gave a credible account as to why consent was right to assume... she claimed to have under wear that indicted forced/rough sex..

will I ever understand?

The fact of the matter is that I can't know that and moreso, nor can you.
It is the same for many of us...we will never know what the reasons were for anything that happened.

And you can't hope to move on if you obsess over finding out the reasons. it's futile

It is difficult to move on, especially in your situation but there can be no definite answers found so I would advise considering using your time more productively to try and move on with your life rather than being bogged down by a difficult past.

Not easy...but you must at least try.

Last night i was sat watching "East bound and down" plenty of laughs on a high talked to sister and dad about to go to bed on a high

Facebook popped up and one of her work friends had commented on a picture of me, my wife and her.

"xxxxx xxxxx well there are 2 lovelies on here, unfortunately I can wipe the other B out of the pic !!!!"

I think she refering to me as the "Other B" and silly cow means Can't and not can.

The reality is they've tried to get rid of me and failed!

Seems petty but this really rocked me.... This is another example of her gradually telling a wider circle lies to gain support.
