I thought the following link may provide some insight for those who appear on here after the initial torment of the Police interview and are now left in the wilderness with regards to what happens next.

It details how the 'case' is reviewed and why certain decisions are reached.

I know others will be well versed with the intricate workings of the CPS but if it is of use to even one person then I believe it has served it's purpose. May also save that one person a lot of time searching.

I also know others have provided links to the CPS website from time to time. Could a sticky be made with the above direct link in it?
