Hubby's Case plea management hearing tomorrow

well my hubby has his case plea hearing tomorrow, he is obviuosly going to plea not guilty but i still think to myself what a complete wast of time and money when if you could all read the statements there is no case to answer.
dont know what to expect tomorrow but he knows he will have to say not guilty.
some people say they go over the legal stuff and set a trial date but a trial date has already been set for August lasting 2 days.
but we will fight on and prove her to be the liar and coward she is.

some days i will fight to the end and others i want to run and hide but when tomorrow is over the real fight begions to make sure we havbe everything before the trial.

I'm so glad you're feeling positive; this will rub off on your hubby.

It also seems a positive that only two days have been set aside for the trial; someone must have decided that there isn't much of a prosecution case to put forward (bearing in mind time has also to be allowed for the procedural stuff and for the defence)

well thats that bit done.
firstly the prosecuter who was a woman has told the advocate from hubbys solicitors that after looking at my hubby she knows they have a fight on there hands, which seems good for us.
the trial is set for aug and for 2 days but they ahve asked for 2 to 3 as may want to cross examine the witnesses me and the taxi driver.
all seems positive and the barrister reading about him seems experienced will just have to wait now till we have our meeting with him and see how it goes.

and finaly my hubby is now starting to fight as he has just said deep down he was thinking nothing would go this far well he now knows this is all reall all his fault ( in a way for cheating ) and he has to fight till the end and if the worse comes to the worse we will deal with that anything les than prison will be a bonus.

may i say thou when this is all over i do not hold grudges but of course with this person i would and it may take me 20 yrs but revenge slowly and surely will be the sweetest taste ever.
i hope she gets ripped to bits in court the dirty lieing dog.
sorry rant over i get so mad but this stage is over so onwards and upwards for the next stage.

no i dont the liar has taken up enough of my time today so now its onwards from now on.
dont know if this sounds daft but both hubby and myself are quite looking forward to the trial in aug so wecan make her out to be what she is and hopefully her partner will be there to hear sll her lies.
is that a bit wierd, the best outcome of course would be that there is not a trial but that is not an option now as we already know there will be.
actually having a good day even though been to court sure the lows will come but not today.

nohope, i think it is normal to look forward to the trial; I feel the same. Ours is for May. I just want this limbo period over; whatever the outcome. I will be with my partner always :-) and our lives will move on. Our lives are precious and should not be ruined by lying females. Hold on to that positive feeling and fighting spirit! Shout it out to the world! :-)
