that is good news - I do hope they prosecute.

And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..

I would pursue 'No Crime' as Faith mentions. It's different from NFA and might make a difference later in life.

Congratulations and although a strange outcome with regards circumstance still an outcome.
          Wow... A signature option!

                  Accused of rape

                  Hi Faith
My sons accusation of rape towards his partner was dropped by her with no further action. This has resulted in a letter from an Inspector-legal enforcement acting on behalf of the CSA wanting him to attend an interview;needing infomation from him on the day he was arrested, they have reason to believe that he has commited a criminal offence? he has no idea what this is all about.
He does have two children (boys 15 and 9) from his last relationship, would this have anything to do with it?
Wondering if you have any such knowledge of such issues regarding this.

                  Regards
                  Spud

I'm sorry, I have no experience of anything like that.
Has your son contacted his solicitor for advise?

Are they implying that he committed an offence on the day of his arrest?
Was the arrest violent in any way?
