Thanks alot Izzy. Yesterday (1st day) was as close to a farce as you can get with many technical difficulties. Funny how the police seem to be kitted up with all mod and technical cons (videos etc) but not the courts which meant that half a day was wasted (tax payer paying and of course nerves of all theose concerned) ! Today was more straight forward. There are angels looking down on us as there are for every FA.
I don't want to give too many details as this is a complex case and of course, there is more than one defendant.

Just re-read your thread from the beginning up to now... I really so appreciate your commonsense attitudes posted earlier. Refreshing, and eye-opening in this morass of FA discussion on the forum.

Thank-you all for your supportive messages. Thursday was hell, Friday much much better and we all went home early on out excellent barrister's summing up. The jury's not out yet so I don't think it would be right to say more than that for now.
