          positive but long day

Good morning everyone sorry i didnt post last night i was very tired after a long day and not sleeping so well on Sunday night, well we got off to a late start the jury were sworn in and they look like a good jury some quite young men in there. The jugde was very good he said they should only convict on evidence alone,no sympathy votes and 100% evidence, we only got through 30 minutes of her recorded interview and that alone was shocking, she has to give evidence today and she went out crying yesterday before she had been spoken to so hopefully today it will be a hard one for her !!!! feeling a lot more positive but still a long way to go so not grtting too confident. the barrister is fantastic and its so hard to put my sons life in his hands but today i feel better about doing that. Again thanks for all your support ill try to post tonight if not it will be tomorrow. Love to you all and keep those fingers crossed xxxxx

Kazzarat, thanks for posting today, as we are all eager to hear how it went yesterday. That is great news about the jury, the girl crying (a tactic? or really scared?!); and the fantastic barrister. We will be thinking of you today! Keep up that strength!! :-)

make a note of any discrepancies in her evidence and let your barrister know. it is important that she is discredited, she will cry to gain sympathy, and say how this has ruined her life so it is important to destroy any sympathy for her. My son had 3 women on his jury, fairly certain that 1 had decided already that he was guilty, so we got a majority verdict. GOOD LUCK, i know how you feel, you will be in my thoughts

Thinking of you and your Son.

                Hi Kazzarat,

I obviously cannot be certain, but i would say that with her already crying all the time, that she is scared because maybe it has all suddenly appeared to her just how much trouble her lies and accusations have caused. She has already appeared to be wobbling and this doesn't bode well for her, the pressure that she will be under to perform and act out her lies will be immense. Son only has to tell the truth as it is, not overly confident, but just plain and straight, look the jury in the eyes and let them see that he is armed with the truth, don't try to answer a question if he doesn't fully understand, ask the barrister to explain the question or repeat it please.

You all will feel a little more easy with things because you will be more familiar today, stand tall with your heads held high, you are not the liars. I truly honestly believe that Juries can spot the truth fairly easily.

Best wishes today, my thoughts are with you.

                Corkycat. X

                            Can't Sleep.

                            Hi Kazzarat,

I just woke up (work shifts) and jumped straight on here to check on news for Son. My Mrs was made to wait outside to, because she was called as a witness, now that must be really really difficult and frustrating. I hope accuser is going through hell and is finally exposed as the disgusting liar that she is, because believe this, your sons barrister will quite literally rip her to pieces when she slips. I was shocked to the core at how ruthless and severe the questioning was to my accuser, i virtually sat there cringing
at how relentless my barrister was. When she was caught out, he really moved in on her, she was practically spitting venom at him, she ended up shouting at him, and i was sure at one point that she was going to swear at him. She was exposed and she couldn't handle it.

The truth will be there for all to see in the end. Keep strong with your friend, and hopefully you get excellent news soon. It is virtually impossible to hide the truth from someone who is as skilled as your barrister is at finding it!

Thinking of you and yours throughout.

                            Bye for now.

It's hard to have to wait outside while the Liar is giving evidence. Is someone in the public gallery who can fill you in on what has happened? Is your son going to point out to his barrister any discrepancies in her testimony compared to her initial statement?
Good luck, thinking of you xx
