Can't seem to string anything together at the moment, facing my own impending issues. I'm normally quick and correct but I'm getting hung up on words and the images created by them which is leading me down paths of talking nonsense.

I've spoken to Chris already and I've explained the background of the case (it is not all as it seems and he agrees that text/computer evidence can be completely misconstrued at trial) and he is happy to talk to the def's mum - hopefully they are talking right now.

Cog, additional advise try to read through past threads and you will learn more about our situation too. I know it takes time and can be scary too; but the knowledge we get off the forum can make you feel you are fighting this thing! :-) You will also become familiar who are the people with expertise on this, and who are going through the experience at different phases which will help you prepare also.
