my husband, has been arrested this week, for rape( sexual abuse) of his two daughters, 30 years ago, the thing we can't get is the police are just going by there statements, and dont seem to have any evidence, but my husband informed the police that the child services did a investigation on him around the same time, and he was aquited, but no one seems to be able to get hold of the case, to prove that in that case it was there mother pushing then to say nasty things because she wanted an acuse to through him out of his house. my other problem is if they were looking into this probly wouldnt they stop him from seeing his other daughter that is under 13? and how can they get any evidence to prove this rape from so meny years?

Barrister Adrian Langdale works in the East Midlands area. I was impressed when I saw him working at Nottingham Crown court.
I have been recommended these http://www.cartwrightking.co.uk/crim...nce/index.html
I have no personal experience of them though.Last edited by Rights Fighter; 24 December 2011, 08:38 PM.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk
