hi all as i previously mentioned im going to trial on 13th dec, im just wondering what to expect on the first day and if i will give evidence before or after my defence witnesses. just want to make sure i get no surprises on the day. also do my solicitor have to disclose everything to the prosicution and do they have to disclose everything to us on the day?
